The Fars Province Electrical Industry Museum is the 12th gallery of the Natural History and Technology Museum of Shiraz University, showcasing the history of the Fars electrical industry and the evolution of the industry from its beginnings to its future vision. In this museum, visitors can explore electricity production, transmission, distribution, and energy consumption optimization through multimedia techniques showcasing power plant parts and interactive devices.

In this museum, a replica of the Bushehr nuclear reactor with precise details of its heart and a real diameter of 5 meters, showcases the electricity production process.

The aim of implementing this plan is to improve the public's knowledge of the production, transmission, distribution, and consumption of electric energy processes, as well as the energy crisis, in order to optimize electric energy consumption.

In this museum, the history of the electricity industry in Iran and the province is explored, including the equipment used in production, distribution, transmission, and industrial sectors. Various methods of electric energy production worldwide are examined, such as gas, fossil and combined fuels, and scientific and industrial techniques for clean and renewable energy like solar, water, wind, geothermal, and nuclear energy.
