This department was established in one of the upper halls of the museum in 2002 in collaboration with the Fars Homogeneous Industries Specialized Association.

 Equipment provided by the partnering factories and industries was transferred to this department. After scientific identification and the preparation of texts, the equipment was put on display.

This section delves into the science and technology of telecommunications, introducing techniques and scientific foundations of this industry branch.

Alongside scientific studies, the development and evolution of the telecommunications industry from its inception to the present day are explored. Samples of telephone centers, ranging from magnetic to selective, as well as various communication devices such as Morse, telephone, telex, teleprinters, telecommunication antennas, cables, and more, are showcased for visitors to explore.
